Inspired by her late mother’s commitment to education and literacy, and thinking of her children preparing to enter the workforce, Hilary’s goal was to identify and articulate key elements of effective business writing in a straight-forward way. With over 25 years of professional experience and a passion for learning, her educational background includes an Honours BA in English Language and Literature, an MBA, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
